Do we have to give up high shoes?




In women's life there comes a time when wearing high-heeled shoes with no more sense. The body undergoes these changes abstain from them.

1- Legs will get longer


Heels can make legs look longer, but will relinquish them to do really long legs. A 2012 study published in "The Journal of Applied Phisiology" revealed that users of heels to the calf muscles were shorter. Using flat shoe will help the foot recover its natural form.

2- Your back will feel better

3- Would you have less pain


Wear heels not only shortens your pulp, but also the Achilles tendons. "When you set foot in angle of 90 degrees, you increase the pressure on tight tendons," says Krista Archer doctor from Lenox Hospital in NWC. This can cause even greater pain.

4- Knees will not have problems
